Kayden and Kylen cleaned out the plastic container cabinet and made it a hiding place...until Kynsleigh found them, and decided to finally join them after she checked it out good.. It was so cute! Listen to them giggling!

Was it really THAT long ago that I posted on here... Well, 3 kids, all of which have been sick CONTINOUSLY since Fall, Kyns being in the hospital, LONG days at work, monogramming orders, moving and unpacking from moving, no Internet, the list could go on FOREVER....but those are a few of my excuses. I really want to do better because I enjoy reading other's blogs. So a brief update:
We moved out of the big Victorian house we were living in. It was an old beautiful house, but I swore it was making us sick...still think it was some.. Now we are back where we belong. We moved beside Kyle's parents. It is actually the house we lived in when we first got married, and when Kayden was a baby. His parents remodeled it and made a lot of upgrades after we moved out and put it on the market..But to our luck, the contract that was on it fell through about a week before we decided to move out of the other house. God was watching out for us! Everyone has been feeling a lot better, although Kynsleigh was/is sick again and they almost put her back in the hospital on Tuesday for dehydration. I begged them not to, it was terrible enough the first go round, and I couldnt' imagine being there on Thanksgiving! The poor baby has had to a cath for urine culture, blood taken from her arm for blood culture, stuck in finger million times, and 6 shots of antiboitics ~ all within the last month and a half. Hopefully it'll all pass soon! I'm sure ready!
So to more positive note ~
Kynsleigh is beginning to try and walk. She can stand alone and take one step before plunging to the ground. She has to be wherever her big brother and sister are.
Kylen is at my favorite age! She says the cutest things and does the cutest stuff! She is a doll! She can finally have a little pony tail from where her hair is finally growing just a little bit! She loves to sing and wants to sign up for ballet! :)
Kayden is SO FULL OF ENERGY! He is a WILD man that never slows down...He and Kylen are CONSTANTLY arguing and wrestling...But he can be so sweet also. He is a big helper with Kynsleigh. He is loving Pre-K and amazes me at what he knows. He is growing up too fast!
We continue to love life and be so thankful for everything ! We wish everyone Happy Holidays! I promise to try and not let so long pass before I make another POST!

Need Monogramming??

Ok, so one of the reasons, I have not been very current on blogging is because I have taken up a new hobby. I have always wanted a monogramming/embroidery machine and my wonderful husband bought me one for Mother's Day! Late at night after the kids go to bed (and before Kynsleigh gets back up at 2am!!) I have been playing with it and finally have gotten pretty good at it! I wanted to show off some of my projects incase you might be interested in purchasing something!! I love doing custom orders and have many fabrics, ribbons, thread colors, fonts, etc... Shipping is only $5 to anywhere in US regardless of size of order.

I am able to do many things other than what is pictured.. I didn't think to take pics of some of my cutest items! The sippy cups and burp cloth sets are hot items right now!!! Please feel free to pass this link onto anyone that you might know that would be interested!

I tried to list the description and price under each item, but the computer did not want to cooperate..I am still figuring out this blog site!! I will be happy to quote you a price on any items that you have already have that you would like monogramming..Most things are from $6-$10..

I am in the process of getting a website together, but with my last couple of days dwindling down before school starts, I am trying to savor every last minute with my three darlings! (oh four, counting Kyle!).

Beach Fun!

I have been trying (or meaning) to be better at blogging, but I haven't gotten there yet. I am still going to try to do better!! We went to Myrtle Beach last week with some friends of ours. We had a great time! Kynsleigh had a rough week ~ she didn't feel well the whole time and is still pretty fussy. I think it is mostly teething, but she had some sort of bug on top of it. A beach trip with a 4 month old alone is pretty interesting, but with a sick 4 month old and two other little monkeys so excited to be there, it was an experience but a good one! Kyle and I took shifts, and Kynsleigh took a couple of cat naps on the beach in her tent!

Below are a few pics and highlights of our trip!

Kayden at Margaritaville

Kylen swimming

Kayden squirting everyone

Kynsleigh crashed out on the beach!

This is my favorite shot of all ! Kylen loved the sane and stayed covered in it! My friend jokes that we are still finding sand in her crack! :)

I have learned through this blog that I need blogging lessons, it has taken me way too long to do this and the pictures show up in different places. I wanted to make my blog all cutsy like everyone else's but I can't figure that out... Any tips are appreciated!!!

About time!!

I can't tell you how many times I have sat down to write a post, only to not get finished or not even get started before something else happened.. it is always a happening place at the Hewell Household ~ but what else would be normal for a household of three little ones under 4 !!! Since my last post, Kayden has broke his arm and had a virus, Kylen has had a virus and then a sinus infection, Kynsleigh had blood and urine cultures grown due to an unexplained high fever and then a double ear infection, and I have found out that I will indeed need to have surgery to correct the infection/incision from my c-section with Kynsleigh, and I am in process of moving classrooms! And poor, Kyle he just rolls with the punches and helping as much as he can! I know it seems terrible but we are still not settled into the house...I think partially because I don't want to be...I still am not very fond of the place, and it doesn't feel like home.. The kids will not sleep in their rooms because they are upstairs, so we have what I call the "family" bedroom.. Kayden has a mattress on the floor, Kylen's toddler bed is at the foot of our bed and Kynsleigh's pack and play is on the side of the bed.
Kynsleigh is still getting up twice during the night. This has been quite rough, getting up twice during the night, and then going to teach WILD first graders the last few weeks of school. I am praying that over the summer we will get Missy to sleep through the night and get Mommy some sleep also!! I could sure use it..
I feel like everything I am writing is negative, I don't mean to be!!! To brighten up my blog, I have to tell you what happens everytime I go potty, I mean go to the bathroom.. Kylen has really gotten big into using the potty. I have always had an audience when I go to the bathroom with Kayden and Kylen following closely behind. Well, my audience now cheers me as I go tee-tee!! Kylen will clap and say good job Mommy and then tear me off a piece of toliet paper to wipe with. It is so cute!!! I am not going to know what to do when I get to go to the bathroom in peace ~ but for now, I am enjoying the company I have, because I am sure I will one day long for it!
Kynsleigh is growing leaps and bounds ~ she is quite a chunk, especially from the little fragile 5 pound babydoll I brought home from the hospital. She is now over 13pounds, and full of adorable little fat rolls!!! Mister Kayden has his second broken bone in less than a year ~ Do you think he is ALL boy? The cast slowed him down for maybe a day or two and since then he has been full force.. He picked a BRIGHT Orange Cast, so it hasn't been hard to spot him lately.
It is time for a bottle, but at least I did get a bit down....Hopefully, since school is out, I can blog more! :)

Pictures

Since I have been unable to upload pics on here, I wanted to share our latest photo session and pics from it. GO to hnmphotography.com ~~ click on Clients at the top ~ Find Hewell from the pull down menu ~ and our password is baby.. Kynsleigh did really good to begin with, but got tired at the end. Kayden is always a big ham in front of the camera, and Kylen is unsure about having her pic made by anyone but her mommy!

Update

Wow, it is all that I can do to sit down and check my email ~ matter of fact, post a blog. We are still getting adjusted and settled into our new house. We have been searching high and low for a house to buy, but haven't found anything in this area. We may just end up building, which will be just fine with me! Kylen had her 2nd birthday party at Monkey Joes last week. She had a ball. It was very chaotic and the party room was a disaster....her castle cake fell to pieces before the party, Kyle fell through the wall into the party room next door (I'm laughing as I type), the kids' juiceboxes were locked in the fridge, and they couldn't find the key for the fridge....the list goes on and on ~ but all that matters is that Kylen enjoyed her special day with all of her friends and family and all of the kids had a wonderful time! Kayden is doing great this year with t-ball, although I don't think he still gets it.. He hit one to the pitcher last week, and they threw him out at first base. Well, in his league that let everyone stay on base and run whether they get out or not. When he got back in the dugout, he asked me did I see that big homeroom that he hit! Kynsleigh is getting a little less sensitive. We have switched from presciption formula to Nutramigen ~ which is still quite expensive but not near as expensive as the prescription. She is really growing and getting little fat rolls everywhere. No more little 5 pound babydoll!
I have gotten back into the swing of things, and back to work! My students are so sweet, they missed me so much, and that means so much to me! Alot of times with teaching you don't realize how much you mean to those kids until you are gone for a while! They are precious! I love my job and I am so thankful for that.
Hopefully, I can upload some pictures soon!
